The Left complains about President Trump’s character qualities, oscillating between calling him incompetent to being a dictator. Because of his coarse character and his waffling political past, I didn’t vote for him.
However, I do find the behavior of those on the Left even worse.
The Left frequently bullies those who disagree with their worldview. Such behavior demonstrates that they lack the temperament for leadership and thus are unfit to hold office. Leftists don’t follow the Constitution, nor do they respect the rule of law (unless it is convenient). Their attempt to sabotage Judge Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing is the latest example of this.
In contrast, government leaders ought to be statesmen of noble character who put the interests of the republic ahead of personal agendas and who follow the Founder’s original intent in the Constitution. (If some don’t like what the Constitution says, they can peacefully bring their amendment idea to Congress.)
We need leaders who listen to all points of view, not ones like Washington state Senators Murray and Cantwell who refuse to consider the thoughts of their constituents who think differently than they. More importantly, we need leaders who champion the American values of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
LIFE: Various pro-life groups have called President Trump the most pro-life president ever. Moreover, the current Congress is more supportive of the sanctity of life than ever before.
Vote for life, and then Congress can pass the Life at Conception Act (H.R. 681 and S. 231) and defund Planned Parenthood, which not only kills over 300,000 babies a year but also criminally covers up abuse, human trafficking, and the sale of human body parts.
LIBERTY: The Left claims to value freedom. However, through Orwellian political correctness, they suppress and even violently attack any ideas that contradict their own. Anyone who disagrees with them is using hate speech.
But under the Trump Administration, Americans have more liberty. The IRS no longer discriminates against religious groups. Artists such as Jack Phillips the baker are regaining their freedom of expression. Individuals, freed from the Obamacare individual coverage mandate penalty, may now choose to manage risk with or without health insurance.
Vote for liberty, not political correctness.
PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS: President Trump unshackled the American economy by removing restrictive regulations and encouraging Congress to give the American people a massive tax cut. Now businesses are growing, and unemployment is at an all-time low. Americans have more money to live on and to pursue their dreams.
Vote for a smaller, less intrusive federal government.
Preserve our constitutional republic and fight against socialist tyranny. Vote for constitutional and traditional American values this November.
